Free audit

• Your uploaded files are read in memory to compute the audit and are never stored or written to logs.
• The audit result contains booking details from your files (confirmation numbers, client names, suppliers, dates, amounts). It is stored under a random link for 24 hours so you can reopen it, then deleted by an hourly clean-up job.

Tracker

• If you start a tracker, we store your email (and optional name and agency) and the audits you choose to save, until you delete the tracker (button at the bottom of the tracker) or ask us to.
• Your tracker is reached with a private link. Anyone with that link can open it, so keep it private.

Usage statistics

We count page views, audits, sign-ups and button clicks without cookies. To tell visits apart we use a hash of your IP address and browser, combined with a salt that changes every day, so visits can't be linked across days. We don't use advertising trackers.

Data is processed on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). We don't sell or share your data. Email support@jestr.ai to access or delete anything we hold about you.
