How the audit works

1. Match

Each statement line is matched to a booking by confirmation number, or by client name and travel date when the number is missing. Several partial payments on one booking are added up.

2. Compare

Expected commission comes from your bookings (the amount, or total × rate × your split). Anything more than $1 short is flagged.

3. Chase

Bookings past their due date with no payment are overdue. You get one list and one polite email per supplier, ready to copy.

Questions

Which CRMs and statements work?

Any CSV with recognizable column names works (for example "Confirmation #", "Client", "Supplier", "Commission Paid"). Title lines above the header are skipped. PDF statements work when they contain text (most emailed statements do); scanned paper does not yet. If a file does not read, email it to support@jestr.ai with the names removed and we will add the format.

How is "overdue" decided?

By default, commission is due 45 days after the trip ends (or starts, if there is no end date). Cruise lines, tour operators and hotels differ, so change the number of days before you run the audit.

Is this a replacement for my CRM?

No. It does one job: check that you were paid what you booked. Keep your CRM and export from it.

Who can see my data?

No one else. Uploaded files are not stored. The audit result is kept 24 hours under a random link, then deleted, unless you save it into your own tracker.
